A big, bright, south facing room is becoming available in Streatham Hill.

I’m aiming moving out on the 7th November so the room would be available from the 8th.

Shared with 4 other people in a huge house on a quiet street minutes from Tooting common.

High street is not far away with all your amenities and a good cafe/deli - Brooks and Gao coming through with a £3 flat white.

Transport connection is good with Streatham Hill station a 10 min walk away, as well various bus stops virtually on your doorstep. Plus Balham tube station is only a 10 minute Lime/Forest ride away.

About the house:

You’ll be living with the Duncan (30), Ella (30), Sean (28), and Zoe (25). They all work various jobs, so the house can be full, partially full or empty throughout the week so WFH is fine - we’ve got ample space.

A pretty social house that gets together for pub quizzes, pints, and movie nights, but they also all have their own lives going on.

There is a cleaner scheduled every month which £20 each.

House has one main bathroom (shared) and a downstairs WC/Utility room, big back room for storage and drying, plus a small basement.

The guys are looking for the usual mix of social, clean/respectful and generally good craic.
