Hiya, the spare room in my flat is available for two options since my current lodger is travelling for 5 weeks from November!
So either a short let from November 5 for 5 weeks .. or she moves out and it's free from then for a long term - up to you :)
Living with me , Catriona. I work in the city most days in the office and enjoy cycling and dancing salsa so am rarely home, except the odd quiet evening where I just read. I don't cook much or watch telly but both are open for you of course.
It's in Streatham Hill, very near the train station but transport links are great (south london!) which is why I cycle everywhere.
Bills for heating and water are about 50£ a month.
