Available room in 2-bedroom flat

A large, bright room in a two-room apartment.

The room available is large and spacious. When we moved in, the flat was unfurnished, so we bought all the furniture ourselves. If you don’t like the furniture that’s currently there, you’re welcome to replace it with your own.

The flat has a bathroom, a kitchen and a small living room. The balcony is shared. The flat is very spacious and warm in winter. We have lovely neighbours, and the area is quiet and cosy. There’s a Tesco nearby, and it’s easy to get to the city centre if needed.

A little bit about me

My name is Olya, I’m 31 years old, and you’ll be sharing the flat with me. I work as a bar manager at a restaurant.

In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, boxing and reading. I value cleanliness and tidiness at home and like to keep the place clean and cosy.
