Large double room in 3 bed flat in Streatham Hill. 5 min walk to the train station, just off the high road with supermarket, bars, coffee shops. 10 min walk from Tooting Common

Really enjoyed living here for the past couple of years. Two lovely flatmates - both social and usually up for a drink at the weekend but also very easy going and respectful to the space.

Niki is 22, working as a software engineer (hybrid).
Ola is 29, working as a locum pharmacist

The room is spacious (esp for London), measuring at 4x3m. Fully furnished with a double bed and two large cupboards with loads of storage space.

Gorgeous kitchen and living area with great light and views of the city at sunrise and sunset.

The building itself is gated with a code so feels nice and tucked away. Private parking available outside if you drive. Locked communal bike shed.

Transport links:
Streatham Hill station is 5 min walk with frequent trains to Victoria. Tulse Hill is 15 min walk with trains to Peckham, London Bridge. Closest tube station is Balham (Northern Line), 25 min walk. Brixton (Victoria line) is 10 mins bus.
