Two double rooms available in friendly houseshare!

Two of our current housemates are sadly moving out, so we’re looking for two friendly and fun people to replace them!

The house (with a private garden) is spacious, tidy and cosy in a great location just off Streatham High Road.

- 5 min walk to Streatham Hill train station
- 3 min walk to bus stops that go all over inc. Brixton station
- Grocery shops, cafes, restaurants just around the corner
- Gyms, pubs, cinemas, etc. within a 10 min walk
-15ish mins to both Tooting Common and Brockwell Park

Both rooms are £920/month (deposit is around £1080) and are furnished with storage space and have big windows facing out to the back garden. Room 1 is available from 19th Nov and Room 2 is available from 1st Dec but we’re flexible on move-in date if you’d like to move in later. 😊

Connie and I are 30-year-old professionals who are looking for two people who are chilled and sociable to move in! We'd love housemates who are up for spending time together, whether that's going to the pub, doing activities together, or even occasionally travelling together, while of course giving everyone their own time/space too.
