Unfortunately my flatmate is moving out, in fact she's leaving the country (hope it wasn't something I said!). So I'm on the hunt for a new roomie :)

About the flat: Located just off the delightful St Reatham high road down a nice residential road, its the top floor of a house conversion. Within walking distance of the array of shops, bars and restaurants on Streatham high road, and moments from Streatham Hill mainline station.

It's a stylish and contemporary 2 bed 1 bath split level flat, with a nice open plan kitchen/living area. It's been renovated and decorated to a high standard - including sky lights in the bedrooms. It's also fully furnished including washing machine, dish washer and 40" TV. Viewings are a must - you will not be disappointed!

Rent is £600 a month, plus bills which are currently about £140 a month.

About me: I'm a 31 year old professional, currently working as an accountant in West Kensington. My hobbies include, socialising with friends and family, enjoying the odd glass of vino here and there and watching a load of American TV series (gotta love 'em!).

I can't cook but I make up for all of that in my tidying skills!

I'm looking for someone who appreciates ones need for space but doesn't mind a good ol' chin wag every now and then.
