1min walk to High Street = 1min walk to the bus stops, Odeon cinema, banks, library, shops, 4! gyms, 4! swimming pools, 4! tennis clubs, & a massive park - pretty much everything is around the corner! :)

Very convenient travel to central London (e. g. 26min door to door Oxford Street or same to the City.) 2 overground train stations: Streatham Hill and Streatham with direct trains to Victoria 17min, London Bridge, Faringdon 24min, etc.
Many night buses available= easy travel at night.
