I'm looking for a short term let. I am the live out Landlord and I have just refurbished my new flat and garden. I'm looking for someone (or a couple) that is looking for a home, considerate, clean and nice to share the space with. The flat has one bathroom to share. There is a lovely cat who also lives here.

You'll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom but the rest of the place is pretty much all yours as my lovely tenant, in here now, keeps to herself, works all week, and has a large room with a TV, desk etc.

The train to Victoria & London Bridge is 2 min walk and Balham tube st is 12 min walk. There are plenty of cafes, grocery shops and other amenities close by in Streatham & Balham.


Tooting Common is at the end of the road so great for walks / runs and picnics.
The current lodger is easy going and we want you to feel at home, share the space and will leave you to do your thing but will be around if you want a chat.

I'm looking for a professional that wants a home away from home.
