SW Ldn garden flat close to train & park with pets

I'm looking for a relaxed, considerate, clean lodger that loves animals and happy to live with me and my pets. I work 5 days a week from the office in the City, am out from 6am - 6pm & have a dog walker for Murphy who takes him out every day. I like to enjoy my home in the evenings and weekends. I have local friends and usually take my dog out for walks in the weekend & visit friends. But also clean the flat once a week and potter in the garden.

I also have a cat so please only get in touch if you like cats & dogs.
Your bedroom is a double room with double size bed, double wardrobe and a desk / chair. It has high ceilings and a door to the out side, which is nice to open in the summer.
The train to Victoria & London Bridge is 5 min walk and Balham (Northern Line) tube & Brixton (Victoria Line) tube is 12 min walknor quicker on bus. There are plenty of cafes, grocery shops and other amenities close by in Streatham & Balham.

Tooting Common is at the end of the road, 2 min walk, so great for walks / runs and picnics.
