Double room in Finsbury Park

Hi all,

We're in search of a flatmate as our current flatmate is moving out.

The flat is quite big and has 1 big living room and 2 bathrooms (1 small and 1 big) and the available double room has a beautiful garden view and 2 built-in wardrobes as can be seen in the pics. The flat has a dryer, washing machine, 1 big fridge.

The location is super well connected as we have Victoria, Piccadilly tube lines and overground and also national rail addition to buses.

Finsbury Park, Parkland Walk are just a stone’s throw from the house.

We're 1 professional, 1 tech entrepreneur sociable, tidy and both wfh 3 days a week. One of us is vegetarian and the other is pescatarian. We love going out, cycling, tennis, gym and we're both very active.

Additionally, we have our grey chinchilla cat Felix living with us.

Preferably we'd like a tidy, open mind young professional as our new flatmate.

(Bills not included and our tax band is E (Haringey Council)

The flat has everything including dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, projector etc.
