Furnished room available in Southwest London with gay couple. Tennant will have their own room with connected bathroom. Shared space includes living room, kitchen and balcony including access to washing machine.

Looking for a respectful tenant who will take care with our home and will not cause noise or disruption during the week as one of the landlords works from home. Other than that we are a friendly couple who may have friends over from time to time as you are welcome to do also.

Rent quoted is for single person with parking space, £1,200 per month without. Rent negotiable for couples. Council tax band D.

Apartment block is located in nice, generally quite area within less than 10 minute bus ride to Earlsfield train station with regular trains to Waterloo station and Tooting Broadway underground Station on the Northern line a few stations away from busy Clapham. Also close to Wimbledon Park station on the District line. So excellent for commuting to work and going out on the evenings and weekends.
