Room in lovely bright 2-bed flat in Earlsfield

I’m Ray (they/them), 34, Head of Science at a South London sixth-form and I’m looking for a housemate to share my lovely 2-bed flat in Earlsfield.

The flat has real character. Arched doorways run through the hallway. The open-plan kitchen and living space is warm and colourful, with plenty of plants and books. There’s a shared garden with a little bistro table, perfect for morning coffee.

The kitchen has a modern dishwasher and washing machine. A top-range robot hoover and mop keeps the floors spotless throughout. The bathroom is bright, with a bath and good storage.

The room itself is a large furnished double with a king-size bed. It has built-in wardrobe storage, plus a desk and chair if you want a home working setup. There’s also off-road parking with permits available.

A bit about me: I love reading, drawing, cycling, the gym, theatre and socialising. My family are a big part of my life, so you might see them around from time to time. I also have a sweet, well-behaved 10-year-old shih tzu called Lily. She mostly just wants evening cuddles.
