I have a room available from mid December in Landale House. I'm leaving due to a personal tragedy in my family, and in order to leave, I need someone else to take over my tenancy.
The room is available for £200 per week, and includes everything from internet, to heating and all other bills covered.
The room will include a bed (with mattress), a desk, a chest of drawers, a closet and a bedside table.
The accommodation is super close to Canada Water tube station which also houses a central bus station that has busses going across London, and is also super close to Surrey Quays overground which has trains to go all around London. Nearby is a gym, a shopping centre, 3 parks and lots more. It's a very nice area, and despite all the things around its pretty quiet.
The accommodation itself is also quiet and very secure so you'll never feel unsafe. The staff are also kind and friendly, and the people here are great and you can get along well with them. The accommodation is also active with events going on often for the students so it's easy to socialize here.
