Lovely Double Room in Dockside House

We're looking for a new person to join our lovely home as our fourth housemate is unfortunately moving out.

Overlooking Greenland Dock, we have amazing views over the water (you can even jump in if you need a bit of a cooldown!). We're right by the river and a little woodland without crossing a single road. We also have a community farm just a 10 minute walk away!

The house is spacious: We have a big kitchen/ dining room, which opens up to a communal terrace area where we've been practicing our green thumbs. On top of that, a big lounge that we like to relax in or have dinners and drinks in. There's storage space, including space for bikes in the hallway.

The area is pretty calm, but we're also just a 15 minute walk from Canada Water (Jubilee line), two stops from London Bridge. The Overground is even closer, and cycling routes are great, getting you to Tower Bridge in 10 minutes.

You'll be living with Lily (F29), and Zsuzsi (F28) and Katie (F28) who are a couple. We work in the charity and public sector and love spending time outdoors. We'd love for someone to join us for outdoor adventures, boardgame nights and the occasional gaming session or chat with a glass of wine.

Move-in date would ideally be the weekend of 24th/ 25th October but we can be flexible (+/- a week-ish)
