En-suite room in Surrey Quays Zone 2

Hello!

I have a room available to rent in a 2 bedroom flat in a gated development near Surrey Quays. Would suit a working professional with a similar hybrid working pattern who's looking for a cosy and peaceful home to relax in.

The flat itself is on the 4th floor (no upstairs neighbours!). It's quite spacious with a south facing, open plan living room. Some of the furniture in the living room will be leaving with my previous flatmate (incl the record player, sadly) but will be replaced. Do let me know if you plan to bring anything.

The room being advertised is a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite. The bedroom is east facing and comes unfurnished. Note - the photos of the bedroom will be updated, have used old photos from before we lived here.

The building has a bike store, communal roof terrace, and a lift.

Local area/transport links: Close to Surrey Quays overground and ~15 mins from Canada Water. Lots of lovely local shops and amenities including an Italian deli, a yoga studio, and Greenland Dock. Further afield is Big Tesco, padel courts, and Canada Water library.

Info about bills: Council tax is ~£90. Rest of the bills are usage based currently averaging ~£70.

Info about me: I'm a 32 year old woman, full time working professional (hybrid working/office in Canary Wharf). I tend to be quite occupied with work during the week and use my weekends for yoga/tennis/relaxing.
