Whether you're moving to London, doing an internship, or just need a comfortable place to stay while you adjust to the city, our flat could be the perfect fit. We’re a young couple in our early thirties, looking to rent out our spare room with a private toilet to have your own privacy .

Our flat is in a peaceful, residential neighborhood, yet just two stops away from London Bridge, offering easy access to the rest of the city. The area is safe and surrounded by beautiful views of the docks, and it is only a short walk from the river. If you love walking or running, you’ll enjoy the scenic routes. Plus, there are plenty of local amenities—supermarkets, cafes, a small shopping mall, and even a cinema.

About the room:

- Double room + desk with private toilet.

- Shared living room and kitchen with us.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful, ensuring a pleasant living environment for everyone.

Rent is £1,200 per month, all bills included. We’re open to flexible, short-term rental agreements.
