Beautiful room sublet 1st of August -3rd of Septem

Hello there!!!
I am subletting my beautiful room from 2nd of August until 2nd of September. The room has a sofa bed that becomes a super comfortable big double in 5seconds. The bathroom comes with a bath for the bath lovers !!!
Bills are really low, the usually come around 50pounds per month :>
The house is lockated 5min walk from Surrey Quays overgound and the connections for the rest of London are quick and easy! 2min away from Lildl and 12min walk from surrey Quays shopping center {big Tesco, climbing , Boots, Holland and Barret, JD Sports, Next, Rive Island etc}.
The area offers beautiful walks with Southwark park being again 5min walk, Surrey Docks, Deptford high Street{ 20min walk}.It is 10min away from 3 parks and lots of gyms.
The best person for this house will be able to take cae of my plants while I am away { super important, thats why I am asking for the deposit partially} , will be someone who is tidy, respectful of others space. It will be nice if you are sociable and can have a nice attitude towards the other two flatmates.
