AVAILABILITY
This is a short let available from 1st July to 31st August. The move-in date could potentially be brought forward to the last weekend of June - we're just waiting on final confirmation.

THE ROOM
The available room is located on the ground floor and comes fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and ample space for a desk or additional storage. It has its own en-suite shower and private toilet, both located on the same floor. Perfect for someone who values a bit of personal space while still enjoying a shared home environment.

THE HOUSE
The house is a four-storey building, with one bedroom downstairs, a kitchen and living room in the middle floor, two bedrooms plus a bathroom on the third floor, and a loft-style bedroom on the upper floor.
The shared area with the kitchen and living room is an open-concept plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, cutlery, etc.
The living room is a cozy space with two sofas, one armchair and a smart TV in which we often gather for food and films.

TENANTS
You will be sharing this great house with Daniel (English – Videographer), Suzy (Irish - Operations Manager) and Fraser (English - Producer).
We are a friendly bunch and we'd like to keep this great environment. We are working professionals who live our own lives, but often like to get together to relax.

(Away from Central London in about 20 minutes)
