Room w/own bathroom, lovely canals in Surrey Quays

I am looking for someone lovely to take over my flatmates’ room.

The apartment is right between the leafy Russian Dock Woodlands and the picturesque canals near the Thames (great walks to be had). It is a very quiet, green, tucked away place.
The place has excellent connections to transport and is only a short walk away from both Surrey Quays (Windrush line) and Canada Water (Jubilee line); or the ferry too, if you fancy! Plenty or parking space too.

The apartment is over two floors, with the living room located in the sunny attic upstairs; The split level makes it perfect for hanging out or hosting without fear of bothering flatmates.

The room has exclusive access to the downstairs bathroom (with own bathtub).
It’s semi furnished, with bed and closet (the set of drawers and table are going).
A little about the current tenant: I am a non-binary (AMAB) performer, writer (of musicals and screenplays) and music teacher. I nerd out and play board games a lot too.
The other roomate is also queer and in theatre.

The vibe in the house is respectful and friendly, with plenty of quiet alone-time but also the chance for friendly chats. It is important to me that that is maintained and the connection amongst the roommates is right, so reach out, arrange a viewing and see how we get on!
