This is a shared room arrangement (we’ll both be staying in the same room), so I’m ideally looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and easygoing.
The flat is located in a quiet and safe area, with excellent transport links and close to shops, supermarkets, and other local amenities.
I also have a PlayStation and enjoy gaming in my free time, so it would be a bonus if you’re into gaming too — but not a must.
