Waterside House in Surrey Quays

Hi, I’m Pascal and I’m moving out of London to head back to my hometown, so my room is becoming available after 2 great years here.

You’d be moving in with three housemates; Jack, Max and Marrielle, who are all working professionals in London and genuinely great people to live with. The house has a very relaxed vibe, with a nice balance of socialising and doing your own thing.

The room itself is downstairs and the smallest in the house, but it comes with some nice perks. You get extra use of the garage (I’ve been using it as a WFH/desk space), and the toilet directly opposite the room is used almost exclusively by you, which makes a big difference.

The house has a lovely lounge with great natural light and a super comfy sofa; a really nice space to relax in. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large hob and powerful ovens (arguably too powerful at times).

Location-wise, it’s ideal for London, about a 10-minute walk to Surrey Quays, which is one stop from the Jubilee line. It’s also very quiet at night with no road noise, so you get the best of both worlds.

The photo included is of the upstairs shower room. The bathroom opposite this bedroom is just a toilet, but as mentioned, it’s almost exclusively used by the occupant of this room.

Bills come to £138.50 per month.

There are also 2 parking spaces available if you drive.
Some of the furniture in the room (open wardrobe, drawers, hangers) was added by me, and I’d be happy to arrange a deal if you’d like to keep them.
