Looking for one person, house in South London

We’re looking for one person to join us in a gorgeous 3 bed town house in Surrey Quays✨

The house is a 10 minute walk from Surrey Quays overground station. An additional 10 minute walk will get you to Canada Water station, where you can get the Jubilee line. So very well connected! The area itself if very vibrant, green and on the docks! Tonnes of pubs and bars!!

The double room available is on the third floor, and is priced at £775🔥🔥 You’d be sharing a bathroom with only one other, as the bottom room is an en-suite.

We’re looking to put down a holding deposit ASAP so we need to find someone who’s happy to sign by eod Monday 25th May.

Move in date would be the 15th July.

We’re looking for someone aged 23-30, no students unfortunately. We’d love someone who also wants to be mates, we both love spending quality time, so this would be a very social household.

Soph -

I’m 25, work as a Print & Graphic Designer! Love going to the pub/wine bars. Enjoy going for a stroll, getting a coffee, reading in the park. Also love gigs, raves n festivals. Love to read and I love to cook.

Darcy -

I am 24 and an accountant (sadly). I originally moved to London from Ireland roughly two years ago (which is crazy to think about!). I love the gym, a trip to the pub, a thrift or a chill flat night.
