A bright and spacious double room is available in my two-bedroom apartment in Surrey Quays.

I'm looking for a considerate, respectful and easy-going professional (or similarly responsible person) who is looking for a comfortable home. This is a relaxed, friendly household that suits someone who values a clean, calm and welcoming living environment.

The room would particularly suit a professional working in London during the week, someone relocating to the city, a mature student, or anyone looking for a peaceful and friendly home environment.

The flat is fully furnished and you'll be sharing with me and my very friendly resident cat, who occasionally believes he owns the place. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

The room includes a comfortable double bed and a full-length double wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Bedding and towels can be provided if helpful.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine), a cosy shared living room, a balcony, and a shared bathroom with a bath and shower.

The flat is ideally located in Zone 2:

• 7-minute walk to Canada Water Station (Jubilee Line)
• 9-minute walk to South Bermondsey Station (one stop to London Bridge)
• Several bus routes nearby with easy access across London

The area offers plenty of green and waterside spaces, including Surrey Docks, river walks and woodland paths. Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and the new Canada Water Leisure Centre are all within easy walking distance.

Parking is available and no permit is required.
