Double room in Surrey Quays

A ground floor double room in a 5 bed 5 bath house (so all have our own) with large garden.

Long term room available from Sept. Age 26+, no straight men sorry <3

The room:

Double bed, desk, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. Bathroom with walk in shower directly next door.

The house:

The house is very big and spacious, and we’ve put in effort to make it nice.

Stations: Surrey Quays (Windrush Overground) 10 min walk. Canada Water 15 min (Windrush, Jubilee line)

Supermarkets: <2 min walk to Lidl, <15 min to big tesco.
Gyms: 2 Southwark council gyms within 15 min walk and a Moreyoga.

Parks: 5 min walk to Deptford park, 15 to Southwark park

About us:

We are 4 women aged 27 working in journalism, youth work/nails, football and HR. We are left wing, ethnically diverse and queer, and looking for someone similar. We are very close and want our new housemate to feel part of the household.

We are very chill and enjoy watching TV, sitting in the garden and doing things together, but are also independent and have our own friends. A few times a year we have BBQs and birthday parties in the house. We divide the house cleaning and are looking for a housemate who would do the same.

WE HAVE A CAT that belongs to one of the housemates.
