I’m looking for someone to buddy up with to find a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the development I’m currently living in, as my current flatmate is moving out.

I’ve lived here for the past 2 years and absolutely love both the development and the area, so I’m hoping to stay here.

The development is located in Surrey Quays / Canada Water (Zone 2) with excellent transport links:

* Around 10 minutes’ walk to Surrey Quays Station
* Around 15 minutes’ walk to Canada Water Station (Jubilee Line & Overground)
* Easy access to Canary Wharf, London Bridge, Bank and the City

I’m a full-time professional working in London. I’m clean, tidy, respectful and fairly quiet at home. I enjoy a peaceful living environment and always keep shared spaces clean.

I also have a very friendly, well-behaved indoor cat, so I’m ideally looking for someone who’s happy living with a cat. 🐱

📅 Move-in

I’m looking to move between mid and late July.

I’m happy to take the lead on searching for properties, arranging viewings and communicating with agents to make the process as easy as possible. As I already live in this development, I’m very familiar with the building, the management and the local area, so I’m happy to handle most of the viewing arrangements.
