The house is in a great location, right by Greenland Pier, with the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers offering easy access into central London and along the river.
Surrey Quays Station is around 15 minutes’ walk,
Canada Water Station around 20 minutes’ walk,
And Tesco Extra and a Lidl are around 15 minutes’ walk and open late every day.

The area is well connected and has plenty nearby, including Tesco Express, cafés, gyms, CrossFit options around Deptford/Bermondsey, and Surrey Docks Fitness and Watersports Centre, which has a gym, fitness studios and watersports facilities. Greenland Pier is served by Uber Boat by Thames Clippers, with river links towards central London, Canary Wharf, Greenwich and beyond.

The house

The property has:

* With this bedroom you get access to a shared bathroom, used with one other person
* A shared living room, although this is not used very often apart from by me occasionally
* A small TV in the living room, and I would be open to splitting the cost of a larger TV if the new housemate was interested

You would be living with four friendly housemates:

* G: male, early/mid-20s, final-year student and tends to keep to himself

The house has a relaxed feel. It would suit someone friendly, respectful, tidy and easy-going, who is happy to be sociable but also values their own space.
