Hi,

I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current one has recently moved out after buying a place with his girlfriend (very exciting for them!). We've had a great time living together, so I'm looking for someone who's equally easy-going, clean and respectful to enjoy this lovely home.

🏡 The Room

A large, fully furnished double bedroom with plenty of space to make it your own. The room currently includes:

Double bed
3-door wardrobe
Chest of drawers
Bedside table and lamp

If you'd like to personalise the room or add your own furniture (such as a desk if you work from home), there's plenty of space to do so.

🌿 The Flat

The flat is a bright and spacious two-bedroom home, so you'll only be sharing with me. It feels much bigger than your average London flat and has:

A large living room
Separate kitchen
Bathroom
A wrap-around private garden – perfect for enjoying the sunshine or relaxing after work.

📍 Location

The flat is in a fantastic location with excellent transport links:

7-minute walk to Surrey Quays Station
14-minute walk to Canada Water Station

If you enjoy walking, you can even get to London Bridge in around 45 minutes.

We're also right next to Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, with a huge Tesco, Lidl, cafés, restaurants and everything else you might need just a few minutes away.

One of my favourite things about living here is that Southwark Park is only a 10-minute walk away. It's a beautiful green space with gardens, a lake, tennis courts and a lovely café, making it the perfect spot for a morning walk, a run or simply enjoying some fresh air after work.

I'm friendly, easy-going and have quite an active lifestyle. Outside of work you'll usually find me practising yoga, pole dancing or aerial straps.

I work as an Executive Assistant in the gaming industry and have a hybrid role, so I'm usually in the office once or twice a week.

I'm looking for someone who's clean, considerate and easy to live with. Whether you're a professional or not isn't a big deal to me—it's much more important that we get along well and respect each other's space.

I want you to feel at home here, so you're more than welcome to have friends over from time to time. It's important to me that the flat feels comfortable and welcoming for both of us. It'd also be nice to occasionally catch up over dinner or a cup of tea, but I equally value having our own space and independence. I'm looking for someone who's respectful, considerate and wants a home that's relaxed, comfortable and easy to live in.

Ultimately, I'm looking for someone who wants a home, rather than just somewhere to stay. If that sounds like you, I think we'll get on really well!
