we’re looking for a 4th housemate to join our cute house in Surrey Quays, ideally from the 11th July!
we’re three 26 year old professionals, we all get along well, love doing things as a flat, but also each have our own spaces.
we live a stone’s throw away from Southwark park and Surrey Quays overground station. 3 mins away from Tesco Extra. 15 mins door to door to Shoreditch High Street.
the house has pretty much everything: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, massive fridge etc. it’s very new so everything works perfectly fine.
we’ve been living in the house for 2 years and love it - and we have a gorgeous terrace!
bills are around ~£50 pp (varies depending on winter / summer months)
