Room available in lovely 3-bed flat, Canada Water

Hi! I’m moving out from this flat as I’m going travelling and looking for someone lovely to take over my room. My two flatmates are staying, and renewing the contract on 1st September, so that’s the start date, and it’s fixed as it lines up with the new tenancy (1-year contract). You will be replacing me and signing this new contract with them.

The flat
It’s a modern 3-bed with heated floors, a terrace, 24hr concierge and access to a gym. The kitchen and living room are open-plan, and you’d share the bathroom with one other flatmate. The room is furnished, photos attached, and happy to send videos too if that helps.

The cost

• Rent: £950 pcm (excluding bills)
• Council tax: £75 (Band D)
• All bills (incl. council tax) come to around £150/month together

Your flatmates

Anna, 25, works as a consultant. She’s super active , training for an Ironman marathon next year. She loves the pub and cooking dinner with friends.

Lochie is 21 and a policeman, into video games, and very chill, total little brother energy.

And then there’s Dobby, Anna’s medium-sized dog. She loves food, giving kisses, playing ball at the park, and cuddling on the couch. Fair warning: she’s very much a velcro dog!

What we’re looking for :

• A woman, working (not a student)
• Someone tidy and clean
• Good vibes! Me, Anna, and Lochie are friends, so we’re looking for someone who’d fit naturally into that dynamic. You don’t need to become best friends, but a warm, easy-going energy in the house goes a long way
• A dog lover, you’ll be sharing the home with Dobby, so this one’s important.

Getting around
You’re a 10-minute walk from Surrey Quays Overground, or 20 minutes from Canada Water station. Easiest option is usually to hop one stop from Canada Water to Surrey Quays.

Shopping
There’s a Co-op right in front of the building, a smaller Tesco 5 minutes away, and a bigger Tesco about 15 minutes on foot.
