We’re looking for a friendly, clean, and personable flatmate to join our lovely flat in Surrey Quays, sharing with two other easy-going housemates.

The room comes furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, and desk, and is spacious enough to comfortably fit a double bed if you’d prefer. You’ll also share a modern bathroom with just one other flatmate.

The flat is bright, modern, and well-maintained, with the added benefit of a 24/7 concierge. It’s in a fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk from both Surrey Quays and Canada Water stations, offering excellent transport links into Central London.

Rent: £743.50 per month
Bills: Approximately £100–£120 per month (not included)

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, respectful, clean, and happy to be part of a relaxed, sociable home. We all enjoy having a chat after work while also respecting each other’s space.
