Double Room for Rent- All Female Household

Hey! My flatmate and I are looking for new people to join us in September. We have a double bedroom available for ~£850 incl. bills!

We’re scarred from the last tenancy so will be strict this time round. Our main goal is to find someone who also likes it very clean and very quiet 🧘🏼‍♀️

We have a cat so you have to be okay with that. We clean up after him constantly, but he is long haired so hoovering is almost a daily thing lol.

10 mins away from Canada Water

We don’t really host at the moment as we have different friendship groups, only when we get the house to ourselves. We really just want a calm space to come home to. We also want to spice the place up with new decor so anyone creative would be great!
