Room available in a bright and cosy 3 bed flat

Hi possible new housemate,

I am going abroad and looking for someone to rent my room for 4 months (sublet) to live with my 2 lovely housemates from the 1st August until 1st December!

The flat spans over 2 floors and has 2 toilets, one bathroom with a bath and shower, a kitchen and a huge living room. The double room comes fully furnished and new carpets have been installed recently. The flat was refurbished less than a year ago so it's all still fresh. The rent is £825 for the room, bills are £144 a month on top of that (unlimited water usage).

It is a 9min walk to Surrey Quays Overground station which serves all branches of the Windrush line, and a 15min walk to Canada Water Station (Jubilee Line). It's also a 15min walk to Deptford High St and a 25min walk to the centre of Greenwich if you want a nice day out.

There's a McDonalds a 2min walk away and a big Lidl a 3min walk away. There's also a huge Tesco a 10min walk away inside Surrey Quays shopping centre and a 24hour convenience store a 3min walk away, so the area covers all of your shopping needs.

Housemates:
- Nathan (27) is from the US and works at Trinity Laban. He loves all kinds of music, singing and cooking new cuisines. He enjoys board games and RPGs so bonus if you're also into those!
- Peter (24) is from Slovakia and works as a VSFX artist. He loves an evening movie hang in the living room and socialising with new people.

We often play DnD together so if you're open to that you're welcome to join the flat campaigns but absolutely no judgement if it's not your thing!

It's a LGBTQ+ friendly household that enjoys watching cheesy Netflix shows on the sofa together, but also like chill alone times in the weekdays.
