🚗 Free Parking is available on the street right outside the house, unrestricted parking, and always spots free. Also parking in the garden.

Our aim is to put together and design rooms that are more than just a room, they’re a space for you to relax and wind down after a busy day at work.

💰The prices you see advertised are inclusive of everything From your household bills to your council tax and wifi - it’s all covered. This means that you don’t have to spend your time splitting the costs with your housemates.

✅Cleaners attend our properties on a fortnightly basis to clean all communal areas.

🔧There is an online problem reporting system to make logging maintenance issues as easy as possible, as well as making the turnaround time for getting these issues fixed as quickly as possible.

😎Housemates + the community:
Wherever possible we aim to keep the genders in our houses mixed so that we don’t have guys/girls-only houses.
The age range for our houses is strictly between 22-36, we’ll let you know the age range in the houses you are interested in so that you can judge whether or not it would be a good match for you. Currently it is a gender split of 2-2 so we’re open to either gender for this room!
