Two rooms available in prime Surrey Quays Location

Hi I’m Jack a current tenant at 252 Lower road along with my girlfriend and two other current flat mates. We are looking to fill two rooms that are vacant from the 18 th August. One of the rooms is slightly smaller (but cheaper) upstairs and the other is a ground floor room with garden access and a patio. The house is a lovely Victorian terrace with a large garden. I work in the city for a law firm and my partner is in marketing. Preferably looking for clean young professionals to move in.
