Double Bedroom in a homely ground floor flat with private patio located in a quiet Surrey Quays neighbourhood.
Spacious living room, practical kitchen, recently spruced up bathroom with great water pressure (long-haired girl vouching for this!), patio is roomy with enough space for bikes and bbq.
Furnished double bedroom including a queen bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is space for a desk and extra storage in the living room too if needed.

Boo is the queen of the house so you might want to move on if you don’t like cats 😿
She is a young (almost 3yo) super easy-going, low-maintenance female cat who loves to be around people for play time and cuddles, or just to hang out (and chat). She loves to explore the outdoors and to pretend she’s a mighty hunter but mostly just patrols peacefully and goes out to do her dirty business (never uses the inside toilet!). She isn’t needy and does not steal food. In other words, she’s the best housemate you can dream of.
 
🙋‍♀️About me
I am a 32yo female working from the office 3 days a week (from home Monday & Friday), with a busy social life which I like to balance with quality chill home time to recharge the batteries (hanging out with Boo, listening to my record collection, watching good or stupid movies/shows, reading, napping, cooking…). I go to a lot of gigs, walks, bike rides, bouldering and other random activities. Always up for a house hang either to share a meal/drink in or at the pub, but also very respectful of each other’s space.
I like to keep the house (very) clean and tidy with a homely feel, not a fan of cleaning rotas and definitely more of a clean as you go/leave the place as clean as you found it kind of person.
I love travelling so I do go away a few times a year which is when I need help with looking after Boo, but I also have a solid support system for her including lovely neighbours and local friends, so it does not systematically come down to flatmate duty.

Lovely area with plenty of shops around including local Italian Deli and Tesco express 1min walk away, and large Tesco Extra in Surrey Quays (15min walk)
If you cycle, you’re a quick 10 minutes’ ride to London Bridge, 25 minutes to Shoreditch, 25 minutes to Waterloo, 20 minutes to Peckham, 10 minutes to Greenwich…
