About me: I live mainly in the apartment next door and only use my own room here (on a different floor) for sleeping, so in practice you'll have this part of the house to yourself.

The area: the location is brilliant for a professional who works in Canary Wharf / City. 5min from Surrey Quays station (overground), with easy transfer or a short walk to Canada Water station (Jubilee line). Greenwich is also on your doorstep (15min bus ride).

Lots of amenities and parks nearby - supermarkets / restaurants and a few minute walk to the beautiful docks.
