Hi I’m Naima the former flatmate. I’m currently looking for another house closer to work and my current flatmate Olivia and I are looking for a replacement. Our tenancy ends mid march and Olivia will likely want to extend it. We have a beautiful flat 2bd 2 bath and a large living room with a balcony. There’s great transport links which are Canada Water station and Surrey Quays. The area has lots of great amenities shopping malls restaurants etc. 2 min walk away from the house there are the docks and the riverside walk. There’s a free gym near our house and a Pilates studio next door. Ideally we’re looking for a Female working professional who is not fully remote; hybrid working is fine. The total price has been listed incl home insurance council tax and bills. We are a very clean and quiet house.
