En-suite double room in 2 bed flat – Surrey Quays

I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in this 2 bedroom flat right next to Surrey Quays station.

The flat has two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the available bedroom being en-suite.
There’s a big open-plan living room and kitchen.
Flat has own private entrance from the street.
The flat is up one floor, around 60m², and is up 13 steps from the entrance.
Location wise it right beside Surrey Quays station, Canada Water is also just a short walk away.

About me:
So I’m the current flatmate and the person you’d be living with! I work from home usually 2 sometimes 3 days a week so will be around fairly often.
I’m a fan of pretty much any sport and so will often be in the living room watching whatever is on. I would say this is pretty essential criteria for you too haha so we can enjoy the living room together.
Because the flat is open plan, I think it’s important that we can enjoy the shared space together.
Obviously, we’ll both have our own lives too.
Pretty much just looking for someone very easy-going who I can get along with and who wants the flat to feel like a home.
