Hi! I’m looking for someone to *sublet* my room temporarily in Southeast LDN starting from 22 November 2026 until 22 January 2027 :) details below 👇🏻

⁃ Canada Water Underground (Jubilee line - 13 min walk
⁃ Lidl around the corner, and a big Tesco 8 mins down the road!
⁃ Close to Southwark Park and Stave Hill Ecological Park, perfect for walks & workouts
⁃ Plenty of bus options (including gthe night bus!)

🛏️ The Room
⁃ Spacious double room with lots of storage and huge windows
⁃ Rent is £825 a month
⁃ Utilities (not included in the rent) are split between 3 (including you) flatmates
⁃ Bills usually come to ~£114/month

🏡 The Flat
⁃ Split level 3 bedroom maisonette with a lift in the building
⁃ Fully equipped kitchen & shared bathroom
⁃ Clean, calm and easygoing home
⁃ Super chill, professional vibes

⁃ Friendly, clean, easygoing, respectful tenant who will respect my things and keep it tidy while I’m away
⁃ No boys allowed sorry :(
⁃ Ideally a professional in their mid-20s to early 30s

⁃ No smokers & no pets please
⁃ Remote/hybrid work allowed!

What’s next?
⁃ The landlord is allowing a sublet which means they’ll need to do background checks!
⁃ Your name will temporarily replace mine on the lease, and will need to be switched back at the end of the sublet
