Large Bright Double - Surrey Quays

Hi! I'm looking for a female flatmate in this lovely two-bed apartment in Surrey Quays. Ideally after a friendly social vibe rather than awkward ships passing in the night.

The room (furnished)
Large and bright double ensuite. Comes furnished with Ottoman bed, wardrobes, drawers, mirror cabinet and a desk. It gets lots of light all day and a private ensuite with walk in shower.

It's near the tracks, so there is some train noise, but doesn't really bother me as windows are triple sealed. There's a large open plan living, dining room and kitchen with a balcony too. The TV has Netflix, Prime, BBC etc.

The area
Located by the high street and 10 mins walk to the shopping centre, Greenland Dock and River Thames, with stunning views of the Canary Wharf skyline. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants, shops, pubs, parks, gyms, tennis/paddle courts around for fun. 10 mins tube to Hackney and Central London.

About me
I'm active and outgoing. I love cooking, music, dancing, movies, boardgames, travelling, hiking and keeping fit. The flat is definitely more "home" than "party house", so I'm looking for someone who values a calm but fun atmosphere. Downtime on weekdays is essential. Keen for someone with similar interests - dying to hit those paddle courts!

- Looking for someone who cleans up after themselves, mature and easy to live with
- This isn't a couples flat, so overnight guests/partners would need to be occasional and respectful
- Not for remote workers
