The room & flat:

The flat has been recently refurbished throughout and is light, spacious and really well maintained. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly!

The room comes fully furnished: double bed, bedside table, plenty of storage, desk and chair for working/studying, Private en-suite bathroom, Private balcony.

There is a large shared kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, plates, cutlery, etc.

A little about me & the dates:

I'm moving away for a month, so I'm looking for someone to stay from 28th October to 30th November. I'm happy to be flexible with the dates, so feel free to get in touch even if you need slightly different dates.

You'll be sharing the flat with a 26-year-old professional woman doing a PhD in neuroscience and sometimes her partner stays over (he's also very lovely. He is currently working on a start-up).

All bills are included, including Wi-Fi, so there are no extra costs to worry about.
