The house is situated in a well-connected neighbourhood with plenty of shops, cafés, and gyms nearby. It's the perfect place to settle in and explore the best of South East London. 👏

The house is 10 minutes walk to Surrey Quays station which is very connected to all parts of London and only 1 stop to Canada Water on the Jubilee tube underground line.

THE HOME 🏡
This beautifully refurbished six-bedroom house is thoughtfully spread over three floors, designed with comfort in mind. It features a spacious kitchen diner with all appliances and utensils ready to use - ideal for meals as well as a separate living room for chilling out or socialising 🥂

In terms of bathrooms, four of the bedrooms enjoy their own en-suite, and the other two rooms share a bathroom with only one other housemate. 🚿🤌

Outside, there’s a private garden, perfect for BBQs, outdoor dining, or simply enjoying the sunshine. ☀️🍖

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘️
The area surrounding the home is exceptionally convenient as everything you need is close by, including a big Tesco's and Lidl as well as Surrey Quays shopping centre all a short walk away. For things to do, the neighbourhood features bars, restaurants, gyms, yoga studios and great coffee shops! 🛍️🛒

THE ROOMS 🛏️
We have 3 beautiful double room remaining, finished to a high standard and fully furnished with a double bed, spacious wardrobe, bedside table, and an optional desk and chair.

Rooms 2 and 3 are en-suite doubles. Room 5 is a double room for a female only sharing a bathroom with one other female on the top floor.

THE HOUSEMATES 👩‍💼👨‍💼
You’ll be living with a great group of friendly people just like yourself! Current applicants going through the onboarding process include:

- Aisling, civil servant working for the Department of Education in Westminster. A very active and sociable person who loves travelling, scuba diving, skiing as well as going for a coffee and a drink.
- Miriam, born in Brazil and lived most her life in London, recently finished her studies and is currently going through the assessment process to work in the civil service. Loves going to the gym, hiking, nature walks, cooking and travelling.

We are looking for sociable professionals to maintain a balanced household. 🤵‍♀️

We carefully select our tenants to create a vibrant, sociable, and respectful home. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet everyone to ensure it’s a perfect fit before finalizing your move-in! 💯

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👍
