• Room 3 — Extra-large double: £1,250 including bills
Approximately 5.26 × 3.53m at its widest points, with French doors and additional space to create your own sitting area.

All rooms are furnished and for single occupancy, so you’ll share with only two other residents.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED

Electricity, water, council tax and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rent, making budgeting straightforward.

Wooden flooring, a fitted shared kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The layout prioritises generous private rooms, giving everyone their own space to spend time comfortably. There is no separate communal lounge; the kitchen and bathroom are shared between the three residents.
