Double rooms, Surrey Quays, rooftop garden

Larger room (£950)

Hello! Looking to find two new lovely housemates to join the flat. The first floor consists of a small double room, a toilet only bathroom, and an open kitchen/lounge room. The second floor has the two other bedrooms (the largest of which is shown in the photos) and a full bathroom which is being fully redone before the start of the tenancy. There's another set of stairs that leads up to a full rooftop terrace, set with table and chairs.

The smallest of the rooms has a wardrobe, and set of drawers, but doesn't fit a desk, however, as photographed we have a nook on the second floor we could put a desk in, or possibly in the living room.

The larger room has a built in wardrobe, set of drawers and space for a desk.

This is a smoking household, and we do not do cleaning rotas.
