We're three flatmates living in Surrey Quays looking for another girl to join us. We're aged 25-29, working in a mix of industries

Looking for someone who can clean (after yourself regularly and can follow the cleaning rota), and someone who is considerate and kind

-6 minute walk to Surrey quays station (overground)
- less than 15 min walk to Canada Water (jubilee and overground)
- less than 15 mins walk to south bermondsey station (southern rail)

this is a four bedroom split level flat, on the ground floor so access from the street. there's an open plan kitchen and living room. kitchen fittings are all modern; there is a sofa, dining table, and tv etc

this room is downstairs, the other three rooms are upstairs, along with the bathroom and toilet. theres a front and back garden, both fully patiod. hard wood flooring or tiles throughout, and carpetted stairs if you care about that kind of thing

room comes with a brand new bed (not pictured) and a white chest of drawers
theres a built in cupboard (that also stores the boiler), and also a cupboard in the hallway that is yours

Move in date is flexible, but latest would be 16th October.
