My flatmate has moved out of the property and I am looking for a flatmate to take over her beautiful big en-suite double bedroom.

The property is 10-minutes walk away from Surrey Quays overground station. Walkable distance to Canada Water Station as well!

The property comes with free gym and 24-hour concierge services. Italian deli shop and a Tesco express are just downstairs.

The room is furnished with a build-in wardrobe, a private bathroom with a bath tub.

I have lived here for a year and it’s a lovely, clean, well-maintained place that is warm and cosy all year round.

Ideally, you are a young professional or with a UK guarantor, so it makes it easier for the reference check.

I work as a freelance actor about 3 days at home. I might sing and record self tapes in the living room during the day but I don’t take too much shared space other than that. If we have similar interests in theatre, film, sports and reading… That’d be fantastic!
