Quiet double room in Surrey Quays

Hi all

Alas I am moving out of London and seeking someone to replace me in our 2 bedroom apartment in Surrey Quays. There is also 1 bathroom which you will share, as well as a kitchen/living space.

You will be sharing with my housemate Yusuke, who is Japanese and in his late 30s. He works for a media company and also translates English literature into Japanese. Sometimes his partner comes to stay (she is based in Japan) and she is a film promoter for independent cinema (a very cool person also).

The flat is very relaxed and quiet, but we both appreciate eating dinner/a chat in the living room sometimes. Bonus points if you love literature/ poetry, movies (potential for film screenings on living room wall via projector) and music - although not necessary, being easy going is enough.
