Bills are shared between the occupants. Wi-Fi is approximately £17 per month in total, split between two people. Water and electricity are charged based on usage. Council tax is Band E and is shared between the occupants, with the current payment schedule to be discussed.

👋 A little about me
I'm 28, currently pursuing my Master's in Data Science at King's College London and working part-time at M&S. I'm looking for someone friendly, respectful and easygoing who enjoys a relaxed home environment, having a chat, and occasionally hanging out together.

🙌 Who we're looking for
Individuals or couples are welcome, and there's no preference regarding gender. Ideally, we'd love someone planning to stay for the longer term rather than just a month or two.
