The boat is easy walking distance from Canada Water tube, Surrey Quays over-line and Greenland RB1 river boat stop.

The boat (equivalent to a studio flat) has a kingsize bed, log fire, oil radiator, large sitting area and cooking facilities with a generous outside seating area. It is permanently connected to electricity and has running water. We are moored next to the shower block with extensive bathroom and shower facilities. there is laundry facilities within the marina. The marina itself has fob operated security gates and very helpful marina staff. The community is friendly and secure.

The rent is £1050 pcm, this includes water but not electricity used on the boat or council tax. The showers and hot water in the shower block are free and the boat is situated next to the shower block.

The boat is suitable for a practical responsible couple or single person.
