We have a large Ensuite double room available from 12th August in a beautiful flat share in a a house near Canada water/Surrey Quays.
The flat has 2 floors. The bedroom is massive and very bright. You will have your own bathroom and a balcony with amazing view on the lake. There is also large built-in wardrobe with lots of storage space.
The area is very beautiful, with the lake and fountain just in front of the house, Russia Dock Woodlands park is nearby.
We are looking for a flatmate, who is accurate, clean and tidy, who is friendly but also respects other people's privacy.
We do not smoke and there are no pets in the house.
Rent is : 1200GBP incl. bills and council tax + 1 month deposit.
