Hi there,

Rafael here. My housemates and I live in a 3-bedroom house in Surrey Quays, and we’re looking for a fourth housemate to join us.

We also share the house with Neo, a very affectionate and well-behaved 5-year-old Parson Russell Terrier.

THE HOUSE

The house is located in a quiet residential area and is comfortable, well maintained, and fully furnished throughout.

The open-plan living space on the top floor is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after work.

Our main house rule is simple: clean as you go and leave shared spaces as you would like to find them — clean and ready for the next person to use.

THE BEDROOM

The room available includes:

* Double ottoman bed with under-bed storage
* Double wardrobe with full-length mirrored sliding doors
* Space for a desk and chair
* Carpeted flooring

THE BATHROOM

The bathroom is shared by all four housemates.

To keep the house running smoothly, I take care of cleaning all communal areas, including the bathroom, kitchen, living room, hallway, and stairs. Housemates are only expected to keep their own bedrooms clean and tidy.

LOCATION

The house is located in Zone 2 London and benefits from excellent transport links, making it easy to get around the city.

* Surrey Quays Station (Windrush Line/Overground) – 12-minute walk
* Canada Water Station – approximately 15-minute walk
* 24-hour Bus 199 – only a couple of minutes away
* Greenland Pier nearby, with Thames Clipper (RB1) services running between Woolwich Arsenal and Battersea Power Station

ABOUT US

I've lived here since 2018. My partner moved in last year, and Samuel joined us nearly a year ago.

Alex, our current fourth housemate, will be moving out on 5 July.

We all work full-time and do not work from home.

Neo spends his days relaxing in my room while we're at work and is very comfortable being left alone during the day.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who is:

* A dog lover

Neo is extremely friendly and loves attention from everyone. You won't be expected to look after him, but you're very welcome to take him for walks if you'd like.
